The days are seeming to run together. I can hardly tell one from the other. Every morning I'm surprised that I haven't been woken up from my deep sleep with the news Kelly is in labor.Clint had to go off to work really early in the morning so to help break up the day Kelly and I went to breakfast at First Watch. I had something called Caps 'N More which included mushrooms, eggs and hashbrowns. I also got a wonderful banana granola crunch pancake for Kelly and I to split (you know, breakfast dessert). It was humongous. Next time I'm just getting pancakes.
I made some eggplant parmesan soup for dinner, using the mini eggplants I picked up at the farmer's market (I'll put the recipe in my food blog when I get back home) but Kelly didn't really feel like it since she had taken an extra large dose of castor oil, giving it one last shot at inducing labor. Though there weren't any rapid results, she did have a more achey night and feels a lot more pressure this morning.
Please keep sending those strong labor vibes and prayers our way, and come on out Eleanor to meet us!!!!
